Details

Ken MacLeod’s first novel, The Star Fraction was published in 1995 and earned him a place among the cohort of British hard science fiction authors who were gaining prominence at the time. Three decades later, he’s been nominated for every genre award worth being nominated for and he’s won more than a few of them.

Recurring themes in his work include socialist theory and marine zoology.

Ken will open with a reading from Beyond the Hallowed Sky, the opening novel in his Lightspeed trilogy, and will answer any and all questions from the audience.

Although there is no charge for the session, there is an attendee limit so if you find you can't make it, please remember to change your RSVP so someone else can take your place.
