Last Westchester Performance of the Orion String Quartet

Here's my first announcement as the new Organizer:

The 2023-2024 season of the Westchester Chamber Music Society is starting soon! On Sunday, October 22, 2023, the internationally-renowned Orion String Quartet will be playing their last Westchester Performance in Rye, NY. The Quartet has announced they will be retiring at the end of this season, concluding their 36-year partnership.

The Orion will be playing an exciting program: Schubert's Quartet in G Major, Op. 161 / D 887; and Beethoven's Quartet in B-flat Major, Op. 130 with Grosse Fugue, Op. 133.

The concert is on Sunday, 10/22 at 4:00 PM at Congregation Emanu-el of Westchester, 2125 Westchester Avenue, Rye, NY. Tickets are $40, with a discount of 50% ($20 per ticket) for first time attendees of a WCMS concert. There will also be a Q&A with the musicians following the concert.
