An Evening Worth Savoring: Five Courses. Five Pairings. One Night Only. Join us for an exclusive National Tequila Day dinner at Champions Social Club — a celebration of craftsmanship, bold flavor, and shared experience. Executive Chef Connie Trujillo presents a five-course menu that invites you to slow down, savor, and delight in the unexpected. Each dish is paired with a thoughtfully crafted tequila or cocktail to complement the flavors and enhance the moment.

The Experience:
You’ll begin with a bright, zesty bite
First Course: Spicy Tuna Tostada
Then move into bold, savory depth
Second Course: Garlic Shrimp Crostini
Next comes something fresh, colorful, and unexpected
Third Course: Jícama, Beet & Arugula Salad
The heart of the meal leans slow and soulful
Fourth Course: Tamarind Mole Short Rib
And finally, you’ll end on a note of indulgence
Dessert: Hazelnut Choco-Flan

Each course will be paired with a complimentary tequila or tequila-based cocktail, designed to highlight and contrast the flavors on the plate.

Champions Social Club is an exclusive, members-only establishment currently offering a complimentary introductory membership. Prospective members are required to complete a membership application upon arrival, if this is your first time visiting us. Our culinary philosophy is best described as “A Taste of Texas with International Flavors,” featuring Executive Chef Connie Trujillo. We look forward to welcoming you to your new home for elevated dining, special events, and community. We’re currently in the process of applying for our liquor license, so at this time we’re not serving alcoholic beverages.
