What weβre about
Calling all young professionals in the East Valley of Arizona! πβ¨οΈπ΅
Established in Arizona in December 2022, the intent of this Meetup group is to be a social club for young professionals (folks with a college degree who work in a professional industry) in their 20's to 30's to be able to meet and have fun, particularly on the weekends.
Whether you have lived in the East Valley of Arizona your whole life, just moved to Arizona last month, are looking to make friends, or are looking for someone special, all Arizona young professionals are welcome to join! πβ¨οΈπ΅
We like to try new coffeeshops, volunteer, visit museums/cultural events, spend time in nature, do game nights (laser tag, go karting, arcades, & bowling), go to Top Golf and much more.
Thanks for checking us out & hopefully we'll see you at an event soon.

For more information & club expectations, I've answered some common questions about the group below:
What are the requirements for being a part of this Meetup group?
There are only 3:
- You need to live in Arizona
- Be a young professional (age 21 to 39)
- Have a complete Meetup profile (clear picture of yourself so we can find you at events & complete the entry ice breaker survey)
Because this social club has members who originate from all over Arizona, as well as the US, I developed an ice breaker survey to help folks get to know each other a little better. You can edit responses later on from your Meetup profile if needed and you can see other profiles by clicking on them. Unfortunately, people who do not have a clear profile picture or just answer yes to every question on the entry survey will not be approved into the group for safety reasons.
While this Meetup originally began as a singles group when it was established in Dec 2022 (aka Chandler Young Professional Singles 20s-30s) it isn't any longer. As I discussed during the event on 1/25/25, membership in this social club is now expanded to all young professionals & the name of the group was updated to reflect that.
Speaking of pictures, to show that this is an active club, I do like to take a group photo sometimes during an event to be shared on the group (you are not required to be in the photo in order to attend an event).
Do you get paid as a matchmaker or do you have any financial ties to any location you host an event at?
No. I run this club for fun in my spare time as a social activity; places that I host events at are places I have been to or would go to in my free time, anyway. I will never ask for membership fees or donations to keep the group running, it's just not something I feel comfortable doing.
Have an idea for an event? I'd love to hear it! Please private message me your idea & if I think it's feasible for the group, I'll post it with you as the event host. I'm always open to new ideas & places to explore in Arizona.

What are the rules for the club?
I call them The 4 Be's π π―
-Be respectful. π You are responsible for paying your own way at events (buying your own tickets, food, drinks, ect). Failure to do so or any attempt to stick others with your unwanted bill is grounds for immediate removal from the group.
-Be kind. π Harassment of any kind towards others in this group will not be tolerated (if you are having an issue with another member PLEASE bring it to the attention of the event host IMMEDIATELY during the time of the activity so it can be dealt with effectively- otherwise we can't help).
-Be responsible. π This meetup may host events at places where alcohol may be served. No minors (people under 21) are allowed at any of our events. This group does not condone underage drinking, drunk driving, or any sort of federally illegal drug use at events (including marijuana). Please drink responsibly and use Uber/Lyft/Rideshare if needed.
By joining this group, you agree to assume all risks, liability, and safety associated with any group function. You agree that you (or any third party) will not hold the organizers or event hosts liable for anything before, during, or after our events or group activities. You also agree that the group organizers and event hosts have the final say over who stays in this meetup group - they reserve sole authority over whether someone remains part of our group for any reason.
-Be positive. π Come with a friendly smile, a good story to share, and a happy welcoming attitude! If you're feeling under the weather, we'd kindly ask for you to hold off on attending events until you feel better.
(It's extremely rare that someone has to be removed from the group, so let's please keep it that way & have fun! ππ€β¨οΈ)
After our summer break, please join us for an outing at The Lavender Farm at The Lavender Farm at Chateau de Vie in Chandler, Arizona.
Known for their famous lavender lemon sugar cookies, this 10 acre farm is the only lavender farm in Maricopa county & cultivates French, Spanish, English, and hybrid lavender varieties as well as citrus trees, and rose bushes. It's home to both a farmer's market & guided mansion tours.
We will be going on the 9:30am guided tour of the beautifully restored 15,000-square-foot mansion, featuring Queen Anne architecture, and secret passages so please be on time; I will post the link to buy tickets on the event page when we get closer to the event date (Tickets are around $20 and can be bought either ahead of time or onsite; tours are approximately 30β40 minutes).
New people are always encouraged and welcome to come to events. Afterwards, we will go for lunch at la Madeleine in Gilbert (about a 20-minute ride away): SATURDAY 9/20/25 East Valley Brunch Club at la Madeleine in Gilbert π«π·π₯πΉ
