There is one thing that people can agree on across the aisle in Washington, DC: The United States is in a strategic competition with a rising China that poses a range of economic, political, and military security challenges. Great Decisions is America's largest discussion program on world affairs. Global Minnesota (globalminnesota.org), a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, facilitates the statewide Great Decisions program by providing access to a roster of local foreign policy experts and to discussion materials produced by the Foreign Policy Association (www.fpa.org/great_decisions/).
