Nature Journaling @ Ormond Beach

Ventura Audubon has agreed to host our group at Ormond Beach! Their biologist and resident artist will be teaching us about the rare animals that live on the beach and the work Ventura Audubon does to protect them!

Anticipate a 0.5 mile walk through sand before we reach our journaling location.

Bring: binoculars, seat, journaling supplies, water, closed toed shoes, sunscreen and a hat!

Things to keep in mind

• no bathroom facilities on-site
• no dogs allowed
• no drones allowe
• the habitat is sensitive, so we will need to follow the biologist's directions on where we can journal or explore.
• we will be monitoring the weather conditions in the days prior to the event. If it is too windy, we may have to cancel.
