We meet monthly in-person, to meditate, share, and discuss together.
Please bring earbuds or headphones that work with your cellphone.
Monroe sound technology meditation will be provided by Dr. Yafi.
You are invited to stay for a potluck dinner afterwards, if interested- please bring a vegetarian appetizer or snack to share.
