Spatial Data Science for a Sustainable Future

In collaboration with the International Association of Young Geographers, the Center for Spatial Studies will be hosting its annual poster session, but we will be taking it from the local level to the global, renaming it spatial@ucsb.global2021, to reflect that it will now be an international event. It will be held on a virtual interactive platform on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, with the suggested theme, Spatial Data Science for a Sustainable Future.

We encourage presenters to address this theme, but we will accept posters on any topic that represents any aspect of spatial analysis.

We invite you and your students or colleagues to participate in this event, either as poster presenters or as viewers. Please feel free to redistribute this call.

Our deadline for reserving space for poster submission is May 23.
