Join us for a peaceful and uplifting evening of mantra chanting, meditation, and soulful connection inspired by the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda. This gathering is open to all spiritual seekers, regardless of experience.
🕊️ What to Expect:
- Opening Prayer: We will begin by setting an intention together with a short opening prayer to invite Divine Presence and inner stillness.
- Chanting Session: Together, we’ll chant "Jai Guru Jai"—a devotional mantra honoring the guru, using rhythmic guidance from a djembe drum to keep the heartbeat of our voices aligned. No musical experience needed—just come as you are.
- Aum Chanting: Afterward, we will move into deep vibrational Aum chanting, allowing the sound to still the mind and open the heart.
- Silent Meditation: We'll sit in collective stillness for a brief 5 min guided and then silent meditation to absorb the vibrations and deepen our awareness.
- Open Sharing Circle: After the meditation, we’ll open the floor for brief reflections, insights, or questions for anyone who feels called to share.
✨ Feel free to bring water, a cushion or blanket to sit on, and your open heart. Instruments (like shakers or hand drums) are welcome but not required.
