About us
This is a support group where participants can share freely and without judgement their experiences, thoughts, feelings, hopes and dreams. We are not here to try to “fix” each other, but to offer empathy and resonance. We will listen carefully to each other, and we’ll use some principles of NVC: Non-Violent Communication, to better express our feelings and needs. The goal is to feel supported by others who are struggling with depression and/or anxiety.
