
What we’re about
If there is a book on life, mostly all the chapters we are taught start from Chapter 2 and onwards.
When we are in mental pain, depression, anxiety or simply lost, we find ourselves doing/learning Yoga, Meditation, trying to work with a counsellor - trying to find Calmness, Peace, Happiness, God, Oneness, Consciousness. All these are good and necessary to start for continuous survival, but they all are like Chapter 2 and onwards of any life-book.
This Group is not about the above, but the root of all - Chapter 1. This Chapter when gets rooted in your system; then Spirituality, Meditation, Yoga, Chakra awakening, Oneness, Consciousness works to the highest level.
This group is open to all, but may help those who:
- have gone through some deep pains.
- are in a transition phase of their life or sometimes feel lost.
- have tried all the above noted (Chapter 2 and onwards) but seeking something that will bring bliss all the time, every day for the rest of their lives. - are simply seeking the workings of the universe and the very root of us...just like most of us.
People of all religions, any or no belief systems are welcome. This is not a religion focused group. The discussions are derived from ancient eastern traditions. Mostly we will have one-on-one Zoom discussions (or within a small group). This is a voluntary service based meet-up.
