Help plant 100m of hedgerow at Chapter Meadows!

Join us for a rewarding day outdoors as we plant 100 meters of double hedgerow at Chapter Meadows Nature Reserve. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference for wildlife and the local community while enjoying fresh air, great company, and the satisfaction of giving back to nature.

What to expect:

• Arrival & welcome: Meet at planting area as highlighted on map below.
• Introduction & briefing: We’ll share a quick overview of the day and show you how to plant the hedgerow.
• Planting time: Dig in and help create a thriving habitat for birds, insects, and other wildlife.

What to bring:

• Sturdy footwear (it can get muddy!).
• Weather-appropriate clothing (layers, waterproofs).
• Gardening gloves if you have them (we’ll have spares).
• A flask/water bottle and snacks to keep you going.

No prior experience is needed; we’ll provide all the tools and guidance you’ll need.
