Join us every month at Noon for the Charleston Bitcoin Meetup, a laid-back Saturday social at Frothy Beard Brewing Company (West Ashley). We meet on the side patio when the weather’s nice, or inside with the A/C when it’s not. 🍻
Frothy Beard offers a great food menu, a full bar, and excellent local craft beer — perfect for relaxed conversation and good company.

### Proof of Pickle | Pickleball Tournament for Bitcoiners

Location: Courtside Kitchen, Ft Worth, TX during Bit Block Boom Week
Time: Thursday, April 9th, 9 AM - 1 PM CT

Proof of Pickle is a fun, social pickleball tournament designed to bring Bitcoiners together on the court before the main BitBlockBoom conference gets underway. Whether you’re a seasoned pickleball player or have never picked up a paddle, this event is built for all skill levels and all kinds of Bitcoiners.

The morning kicks off with Pickleball 101 at 8:00 AM, a quick and friendly introduction to the game covering rules, scoring, and basic techniques to get everyone comfortable. At 10:00 AM, the tournament begins with a single-elimination, recreational bracket—no ratings, no pressure, just good rallies, laughs, and light competition.

Beyond the matches, Proof of Pickle is about community. Players and spectators alike can enjoy catered food, coffee, and beverages, open play courts, and plenty of time to hang out and connect with fellow Bitcoiners. Paddle rentals are available, and non-players are welcome to attend, watch, and enjoy the atmosphere.
