Tina Lambert is a spiritual teacher with many years of experience in a wide variety of metaphysical modalities. Throughout her life, she has had the privilege of learning from gifted teachers, mentors, shamans, and intuitive guides whose sacred rituals and devotional practices have shaped her path. These teachings have supported her own healing journey and deepened her understanding of energetic cleansing.
Tina is well known for her use of prayer, song, and positive affirmations, as well as her deep connection to the natural world through her work with sacred plants. She brings practical wisdom to her teachings with a strong knowledge of tools such as crystals, salts, smudging, tapping, meditation, journaling, and other energetic techniques that support balance and personal growth.
During her guided meditations, she offers soothing sounds from instruments such as the Shruti Box, Tongue Drums, Kalimbas, Rattles, Frame Drums, Koshi Bells, and Singing Bowls. Her spiritual explorations have taken her from the jungles of Peru to the mountains of Costa Rica and across the U.S., expanding her knowledge of sacred traditions. A lifelong student of spiritual healing, Tina continues to share her wisdom with warmth, openness, and devotion.
