# Transformational Leadership & Coaching: 2026 Doctoral Residency

Are you looking to break through personal or professional plateaus? As part of the Doctoral Residency program in Transformational Leadership and Coaching at MIU, we are offering a limited number of high-impact coaching placements to the community.

### The Coaching Experience

Our methodology is designed to help you identify and overcome the "blocks" that limit your quality of relationships and levels of success.

• You Set the Agenda: You choose the specific challenges or opportunities you want to explore.
• Expert Facilitation: Our role as coaches is to facilitate the strategy and mindset shifts required for you to accomplish your goals.
• Proven Frameworks: Gain insights into your behavior patterns and increase your overall potential.

### Program Requirements & Commitment

Because this is a doctoral-level residency, we require participants who are serious about their growth and committed to the process.

• 12-Week Commitment: You must commit to the full duration from March 30 through June 18.
• Bi-Weekly Sessions: Sessions occur every other week.
• Time Investment: Each session is approximately 40 minutes in length.

### How the Placement Process Works

To ensure the best possible results, we match clients with a Doctoral Coach whose style aligns with their specific needs and goals.

1. Submit the Form: Complete the agreement and diagnostic form below.
2. Profile Review: Our intake Coach Diana (youtube.com/@coaching.catalyst) will review your responses.
3. Coach Assignment: You will be matched with an MIU Doctoral Student who specializes in your area of need.
4. Launch: Your assigned coach will contact you to schedule your initial session.
