The Love Reset is a 90-minute class for individuals who find themselves repeating painful relationship patterns — unfulfilling partnerships, toxic dynamics, multiple marriages, or the deep sense of never finding a healthy connection. This class helps participants understand why these cycles continue by uncovering the deeper core wound that shapes who they choose and how they love.
Participants explore how early emotional injuries recreate themselves in adult relationships and discover that what they seek in others is often the love they’ve lost access to within themselves. The Love Reset guides individuals to redefine healthy connection and reconnect to their spiritual Source.

Requirement:
A willing and open heart, a willingness to be guided by Divine faith, and a willingness to partner with Source.

Optional: A journal and pen.

Important: Completion of The Love Reset class is required prior to booking individual sessions with Alma.

Alma Leigh is a clinical psychotherapist, author of two acclaimed self-help books, former host of The Alma Leigh Show, and creator of the podcast From Fear to Love with Alma Leigh. She is also a spiritual channel and quantum healer whose work bridges emotional wellness with deep spiritual awareness.

A veteran of the U.S. Air Force Security Forces, Alma’s path was shaped early by a near-death experience at four months old. Since then, she has carried an intuitive sensitivity to the unseen world and has been guided by Spirit, angels, and her higher knowing throughout her life’s journey.

In both her clinical work and spiritual practice, Alma is devoted to helping people reconnect with their Divine Source, dissolve layers of self-doubt, and release the blockages that keep them from clarity and purpose. She believes every wound contains wisdom, every struggle contains direction, and every person has a calling waiting to guide them home.
