#### Let’s chop it up!
#### Cooking has introduced me to magic that exists in focus and intention. I have aligned my body with rhythms of nature and now have access to the same channel of creativity. This has healed my hormonal imbalances, cystic acne, and unpredictable digestion. I have learned how to take my ideas and make them reality. I had dreams of hosting dinner parties and retreats and am now expanding my business across Charleston as a personal chef and to Panama where I host nature retreats.
#### Working with seasonal ingredients reveals the pure flavor of vegetables and distinct essence of herbs, exemplifying authentic beauty that radiates in everyone when we connect with our own nature. Taking an idea and making it reality is the true magic.
#### Make your life a masterpiece!
#### Snacks and tea provided while we chop it up about various topics including:
#### Redefining arts and crafts
#### How to make something from nothing
#### Farm to table eating & sustainable food systems
#### Connecting with rhythms of nature
#### Allowing your body to heal and shine naturally
#### Crafting your life from your dreams

#### Chef and entrepreneur with a background in natural resource engineering. I believe cooking is the art of creating your life!
#### I studied natural resource engineering at Penn State where I was immersed in the Student Farm Club. After graduation I had been working in an office as an environmental engineer, when I learned how to cook under a biologist with a backyard garden at a nature retreat center down the street from my childhood home.
#### My mental and physical health were suffering at the time. Doctors and therapists recommended anti-depressants and birth control. But I spent my days designing ecological restoration, and my nights in the kitchen crafting art with science; I knew that nature wants to thrive, and I can redesign my life to align with my own nature and channel my energy more intelligently.
