Shem Creek is for Shark Teeth

Now is the opportunity to go to Crab Bank. Please call to reserve your spot. Let's go to Crab Bank to hunt for Shark's Teeth! The birds have finished nesting so we can hunt on the bank for a couple hours. The cost is $60 if you need a boat and $30 for BYOBoaters. Call 843-568-3222 to reserve your spot for this trip. We will launch at our location on Shem Creek and paddle out to the new "Crab Bank" where we will walk the island in search of fossils and teeth. Crab Bank is officially open for foot traffic. Let's get out there and look for fossils. Crab Bank is an important bird sanctuary that will once again offer a safe habitat for the birds to nest and will again close to the public on March 15th. This is our opportunity to enjoy the bank before the weather gets cold. We will need to know early for this trip as to how many will be attending as adequate safety guides will be required.
