Dark Night of the Soul Challenge 2025 w/Dr. Wendy

What are the “symptoms” or signs that you are going through a process called the “dark night of the soul”? I have been through it, I have two family members who just popped out of it and several students trying to make it through.

Dr. Wendy will share the “why” some go through the dark night of the soul and some helpful tools that can help alleviate some of the darkness and deep depression.
