Releasing Fear During the Global Shift

Description: Since the 11/11 (Nov. 11) gateway, Earth is experiencing a dramatic shift which is presented in every aspect of our lives. The shift into the new frequency is allowing all of us to untangle ourselves from all things in our life that hold the frequency of fear.

The collective and individual soul is going through a high frequency expansion followed by a contraction. This is a necessary part of the ascension process. This process often creates fear, anxiety and worry of the unknown as well as fear of what we perceive is happening before our eyes.

Dr. Wendy will share updated information regarding the ascension process and how we can find stability during the unfolding of higher consciousness. She will share techniques to help the body and mind release fear followed by light harmonizing cellular techniques.

We are all shifting together and we can choose to do it with ease and grace.
