In the busyness of daily life, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and to lose sight of what really matters: our love and compassion. In this special meditation series, Buddhist monk Gen Tabkay will explain the time tested Buddhist meditations known as the “seven-fold cause and effect”. These practices have been used for centuries to develop our inner qualities of love and compassion.
