During this retreat, Gen Tabkay will explain and guide us in the meditation known as developing cherishing love. In ordinary life, we often confuse love with desirous attachment, and as a result we often experience pain and disappointment within our so-called ‘loving’ relationships.

Everyone is welcome; no prior experience necessary!
