Let’s get together and learn pickleball!
The goal is to spread picklemania by teaching new players, hosting lessons, and providing drill and coaching clinics to work on crucial skills.
We will host weekly games at rotating locations and mid-week drilling.
We hope to see you there!

Have you been wanting to try pickleball but felt intimidated by crowded courts or hard-hitting players?
This 2-hour course will teach you the basics of the game and a bit of the standard pickleball strategy including:
- How to serve legally and return the ball
- How to keep score and terms of victory
- What to do at the "kitchen"
- How to perform a "third-shot drop"
Rough Itinerary:
10:55: Meet and greet at the court
11:00 - 11:30 Serve and return practice
11:30 - 12:00 Dink and drop-shot practice
12:00 - 12:10 Break and standard strategy discussion
12:10 - 12:30 Game 1
12:30 - 12:40 Feedback and volley practice
12:40 - 1:00 Game 2
1:00 - 1:10 Review and group photoThe course will be run by myself (Brendan) and will be held at The Pickle Bar in Summerville. In order to cover the cost of the court reservation and ensure maximum participation, there will be a $10 fee that must be paid upon registering.
We will be playing on a covered court and food/drinks can be ordered courtside. Feel free to stay for lunch afterward!
Be sure to bring the following:
- Court shoes or stiff running shoes.
- Pickleball paddle - Here's an affordable option from Walmart Try to find one that is USA Pickleball certified
- Hat or headband
If anything comes up and you will not be able to make it, please change your reservation status.
