Hot on the heels of Charleston Tech Week, CharlestonHacks presents the INNOVATION ENGINE Hackathon.

Innovation Engine brings together stakeholders and builders in a program designed to address real-world, unmet needs in our community.

Innovation Engine isn’t just a hackathon, it’s a platform to tackle real-world problems that matter. What mission will your tech solution take on?

What resonates with you? Choose a challenge, form a team, and start building a solution that makes a difference. You’ll have a month to work on your project, so use that time to explore what’s possible.

The Innovation Engine Hackathon kicks off Sunday, June 1st at 5 PM at Charleston Parks Conservancy.

We’ll begin by hearing challenge statements from key community stakeholders.

Hackathon Timeline:
June 1: Kickoff & Team Formation (5:00–7:00 PM @ Charleston Parks Conservancy)

June 4: First "Digital Nomad" Co-working Day (2:00–6:00 PM @ Crushyard)

June 27: Project Submission Deadline (11:59 PM)

June 29: Final Presentations & Awards (5:00–7:00 PM @ Charleston Parks Conservancy)

Throughout June, teams will collaborate to design and deploy real solutions to local challenges. We'll also be hosting co-working sessions to keep ideas flowing and connections strong.

This will be a fun, experimental, and impactful event.
