HarborHack 2026 is a competitive weekend hackathon.

On Friday night, we’ll kick things off with a keynote speaker, an introduction to the event format, and team formation. Teams can have up to six members and will work throughout the weekend before presenting their projects to a panel of judges on Sunday evening.

The winning team receives $1,000, and the second-place team receives $500.

This event is free and open to everyone. Sign up to let us know you’re coming, and please help us spread the word!

Already have an idea and a team? That’s great. No idea and no team? That’s great too.

You do not need to work in the software industry to participate. Anyone who is excited about building things, solving problems, and rapid innovation is encouraged to join.

Experienced mentors and coaches will be available throughout the weekend to help you shape your idea, work through challenges, and prepare your final presentation.

During the final presentations, each team will demo its project, walk through a few slides, and answer questions from an expert panel of judges.
