5:30 - New to CharlestonJS - or just looking to learn
This event will start at 5:30 if you are new to Charleston JS or new to coding or new to JavaScript, from 5:30 to 6:30 it is beginners hour and we will go through some programming basics. From 6:30 to 7:00 we will have some food and beverages and socialize
7:00 - Introduction to VueJS VueJS has been steadily growing in popularity as an alternative to Angular and React with its approachable and maintainable design. VueJS shares some core capabilities with React, but it's proponents find it more straightforward to work with. In this talk, Phil Moody and John Hethcox will present an introduction to core Vue concepts that can serve as a jumpstart to developers trying to decide if VueJS is for them.
