Tango Wednesdays New Dancer Night with SkillPop!

Tango Wednesdays at The Long Room is bringing beginner-friendly tango lessons and social dancing to the neighborhood, and every 3rd Wednesday is New Dancer Night: a welcoming, low-pressure intro to tango designed for people who are new to dance!

If you are looking for an activity that is social, creative, and mindful all in one, Argentine tango just might be for you! Born in Buenos Aires over a century ago, tango is now danced by millions worldwide, and a thriving local community exists right here in Charlotte.

For this class geared toward the absolute beginner, you do not need a partner (though you are welcome to come with one), and you do not need dance experience. You will make new friends right off the bat and add a new creative and social outlet that could nourish you for years to come!

No partner. No experience. Just show up ready to try something new and meet some people.
