Queen's Feast (July 18-27, 2025) is coming. I have been craving for Italian food so I picked this one. This one is also one of the 50 best restaurant in Charlotte.

• Carne Cruda - Piemonte-style beef tartare, marinated egg yolk
• Vitello Tonnato - poached veal carpaccio, tuna caper aioli
• Burrata - local homemade Siano burrata, heirloom tomatoes
• Anguria - watermelon salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, mint, ricotta
