### 🀄 Mahjong Details

• Will have tables for basic and advance levels. Each table will have someone guide the play if needed.
• Please bring your Mahjong set if you have one.
• Don't worry if you don't have a set—we'll have enough for everyone to share.
• Table rotation may be used so everyone has an opportunity to play.

### ☕ About the Venue

Amélie's offers a unique French café experience with handcrafted pastries, macarons, sandwiches, soups, espresso drinks, and plenty of seating in a fun, artistic atmosphere. It's a wonderful place to enjoy conversation while taking breaks between games.

### 📌 Meetup Guidelines

• Please RSVP only if you plan to attend.
• If your plans change, kindly update your RSVP so someone else may join.
• Please arrive on time so we can organize tables efficiently.
• We encourage everyone to support our host café by purchasing a drink, pastry, or meal during the event.

Whether you're here for Mahjong, coffee, pastries, or new friendships, we'd love to have you join us!
Bring your Mahjong tiles, your favorite strategy, and your smile—we'll see you at the table!

## 🀄 Attendance Policy
Our Mahjong events depend on having the correct number of players at each table. A no-show or late arrival can leave three people waiting and may prevent an entire table from playing.
We also normally have a long waitlist of people hoping to attend. When someone holds a spot but does not show up or cancels at the last minute, another member misses the opportunity to participate.
Please respect the host, your fellow players, and those on the waitlist by following these guidelines:
### RSVP Responsibly
Please RSVP only if you genuinely plan to attend. If the event is full, your RSVP is holding a spot that could otherwise be offered to someone on the waitlist.
### Cancellations
If your plans change, please update your RSVP at least 24 hours before the event whenever possible. This gives us time to notify someone on the waitlist.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel at the last minute, please send the host a message instead of simply not attending.
### Arrive on Time
Please try your best to be on time.
If you are going to be late, please notify the host the estimate arrival time so your table mate know what to expect.
### No-Shows

• After the first no-show or uncommunicative late arrival, you will receive a reminder of this policy.
• After a second occurrence, you may be moved to the waitlist for the next Mahjong event.
• Repeated no-shows, no communication about being late may result in losing RSVP privileges for future Mahjong events.

We want these events to remain welcoming, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for keeping your RSVP updated, arriving on time, communicate if you will be late and giving waitlisted members a fair opportunity to attend! 🀄
