Come flow in the park to reconnect with yourself and nature! We’ll move through a combination of a vinyasa and hatha based flow incorporating pranayama (breath) and meditations. All experience levels welcome! Bring a mat and some water. There is parking on the street. Donation-based or free ¨̮
