Join us for a fun and inclusive hand balancing class designed for all levels! Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve your existing skills, this class will guide you through the fundamentals of handstands and beyond.
We’ll start with a group warm-up, followed by clear, step-by-step progressions for handstands. Along the way, you’ll also receive instruction on related movements like headstands, shoulder stands, and elbow levers, helping you build strength, balance, and confidence in a variety of inversions.
No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity, a mat or towel, and some water. This is a safe, supportive environment where we’ll encourage each other and celebrate progress together.
