This group offers a welcoming space to learn and practice mindfulness meditation, supported by a community of like-minded individuals. Whether you're new to meditation or have been practicing for years, you're invited to join us on a drop-in basis—no prior experience is needed.
In our sessions, we draw from various wisdom traditions, scientific research, and other teachings to explore how mindfulness can bring healing and allow us to meet each moment with greater skillfulness, resilience, wisdom, and kindness.
What to Expect:
- 25 minutes of sitting meditation with gentle guidance
- A short mindfulness teaching
- Practice sharing and questions
- Announcements
This Meetup event was created to attract new members, but we also have regular attendees who don't always RSVP here. So even if the numbers seem low, rest assured there will be a welcoming group ready to practice with you!
