April (snow?) showers? C’mon Springtime!!

Greetings everyone,
this coming Wednesday is the first Wednesday of the month which brings us our first meeting of April. A lot has happened since we last gathered; for example the EPA is set to roll back emissions standards for automobiles and the Trump Administration seeks to ban most transgender people from serving in the military. The news cycle spins with a blazing intensity; but rest assured there are things you can be doing in 2018.
Midterm elections are coming and in the following months we'll be getting some of our local representatives to join us for a dialogue of what we can do to take action in the face of government that seems to have little to no regard for the welfare of its people or even the rule of its own law.
For this Wednesday's meeting we'll inhabit one of our favorite South End joints Tyber Creek; it's a nice spacious Irish pub. Come on out and join us!
