Yoga and Reiki

This event will include yoga and heart chakra healing practice. All levels are welcomed Please bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a positive mindset. During shavasana, I will go to each individual and give 5 mins heart chakra healing. Once the practice is over, we will share our experiences with the group.

How to find us; After parking in designated areas or side streets, walk towards the lake and find us under the island amphitheater pavilion.
