Many men I speak to are lonely, even when surrounded by people, family and "friends".

We work hard every day, we show up, we provide, we lead, we take care of families, clients, teams, and everyone else, and somewhere in all that noise, we forget what real connection feels like and everything starts to feel a bit performative.

We don’t need another pep talk... or Ted Talk (although they do have a place) we need a place to talk about what’s actually going on, the stress, the pressure, the numbness that creeps in when you’ve been holding it together too long... real conversations, with aware and expanding me who have a curiosity to evolve.

The Modern Man Project is that place.
It’s a workshop, a conversation, and a reset, built for men who still believe in growth, honesty, and accountability.

We meet once a month.
We talk, we work, guest speakers, we go through the things that most men keep buried.

There’s no posturing here, no fixing anyone, just men showing up to be seen, challenged, and reminded that strength isn’t isolation.

Come as you are.
Leave with something real.
