I am an International Realtor specializing in condo/villa purchases in the Punta Cana area. As the housing prices increase, the opportunity to invest in real estate can be limited. Having gone through the process of purchasing property in the Dominican Republic and also backed by a highly reputable company, we aim to provide the same opportunities to our local area. Many of the projects we represent are in presell, have been fully vetted and have flexible payment options that include seller financing and builder financing.
This group is intended for investors looking to expand their portfolios into a country that has an increasing demand for tourism and attracts millions of vacationers annually.
