Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Community (NARC) - Monthly Meeting - **VIRTUAL**

Please mark your calendars for our next monthly meeting…and please note that going forward our meetings will be primarily online via ZOOM.**

Janelle Fleck will be joining us once again, this time to provide an overview on how early attachment wounds often teach us to abandon ourselves, fueling a harsh inner critic and patterns of over-functioning, people-pleasing, and codependent dynamics. She will discuss how healing begins with cultivating self-compassion, learning to re-parent ourselves with love, and practicing healthy boundaries that honor our needs in relationships."

Janelle is a licensed therapist in both North and South Carolina with 20 years of experience, specializing in relationships, complex trauma and attachment wounding. She works with both women and couples from a Family Systems and emotionally-focused approach. Janelle offers both in-person and virtual therapy options for women and couples. This week, she is re-launching a weekly virtual group class on the topic of Reparenting to provide educational and experiential reflective practice to support women on their healing journeys.
