Are you a tech engineer in Charlotte?
Join us for the inaugural meetup of the Charlotte Tech Engineers group!
This is for engineers working on all vendors, not just Cisco or Google or AWS. If you're working in tech with any vendors products in any of the following areas, we'd love to have you:
- Networking and Security
- Collaboration and Contact Center
- DevOps
- Google, Azure or AWS Cloud
As you all know if you're in Charlotte, we have a ton of talented engineers working for many great institutions here locally, but we never seem to get in the same room. We will have beer and pizza. The agenda for the first event is as follows.
- Meetup starting at 5:30 at Cloverhound in uptown Charlotte.
- 2 technical sessions of 20-30 minutes each starting at 6:15
- First session will be with Chad Stachowicz and Jon Snipes on creating a messaging bot for the beginner (We'll use Webex Teams since it's free for people to sign up for).
- Second session will be with Jose Bogarin on how to use Ansible and Terraform to interact with Cisco infrastructure.
- 30 minutes to finish conversations + eat and drink more.
* For those not finished at this point I'm sure some of us will walk to a local bar/pub.
