I’m inviting you to join me on a journey of embodiment and free expression, hosted by Ecstatic Dance Charlotte.

I will be arriving around 6:30 pm to mingle and connect with other lovely souls. If you arrive around that time, we can connect and chat too before the dancing container is established.

Ceremonial Cacao We’ll offer 1 oz. ceremonial cacao for purchase starting at 6:30 PM, creating a heart-opening ritual to prepare for the evening’s journey.
