Alongside her partner and brother, Bill Fairman, she has funded investors across the Carolinas and helps manage a real estate fund for both accredited and non-accredited investors. Wendy is also an active investor in short-term rentals and self-storage, and is passionate about helping others build sustainable wealth while making a meaningful impact.
