CCBW: Beer Off Flavors Class

Hey Beer Babes & Friends,

Come join me as we kick off Charlotte Craft Beer Week in Charlotte Beer Babes style with a Beer Off Flavors class run by yours truly at Divine Barrel Brewing in NoDa from 6-9pm! This will be a unique beer education class where we dive into the Off Flavors of 12 common profiles in 1 oz servings to learn about what we may perceive or find in beers that is NOT intended and may be "off" in the flavor.

Ticket price will include a sample of each of the 12 Off Flavors in a beer, and also a dedicated flight of good beers to sample in between.

Bethany (that's me!) will walk the class through both the 12 Off Flavor samples and the dedicated flight of good beers.

While you are welcome to join us for the dedicated flight only and listen in on the class, the Off Flavor portion will be limited to a small group of people due to the size available of the Off Flavor samples.
