Get off of your Saturday morning bunz and join us in a Boot Camp style workout session with Sgt Health and Wellness. Boot Camp is a form of group fitness with the goal being to push everyone harder than they would push themselves. This free session includes warm-ups, a challenging cardio workout for 30-40 minutes, and a cool-down period. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!!! Don't be intimidated, we have modified exercises for everyone who is just getting back into fitness.

What to expect:

• Session starts precisely at 9:30

• Bring water and a towel

• Bring a YOGA MAT or BLANKET

• Bring a smile and a positive attitude

When you turn into Freedom park off East Blvd, drive to the stop sign and make a left. Keep driving all the way down to the train area then park your vehicle. Get out of your car and walk across the bridge, keep coming until you see us in the field in front of the amphitheater area. I will blow my whistle so everyone can find us.
