ONSITE - Saturday 9/10 Walk through 2 New SFR Houses down to the Studs

The Charlotte REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG), is an educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation, New Construction and retail resale (fix and flip) or rental (buy and hold) of single family residential homes.

The Month the Onsite Group will meet at 4505 Wildwood Ave, Charlotte, NC 28208.

We will walk through 2 (two) houses that are side by side. One house will down to the studs. This will provide you with an education to see what is inside the walls. The second house is about 80% completed.

If you have ever considered "New Construction " this is an event you don't want to miss.
