With a background in finance and data analysis, he officially began his real estate investment journey in 2023, focusing on single-family fix-and-flip projects, rental properties, and multifamily brokerage. Adam continues to actively source and analyze multifamily investment opportunities.
This month, Adam will be sharing his approach to analyzing and evaluating multifamily deals—breaking down what to look for and how to determine whether a deal truly makes sense.
