The Beginning Investors Group (BIG) is an educational and networking group designed for individuals who are just getting started in real estate investing, as well as “new again” investors who have taken time away from the business and are ready to jump back in.

Hosted by Linda Dana, President of Charlotte REIA, BIG features experienced local and national real estate professionals who share practical strategies, current market insights, and proven techniques to help investors succeed in today’s ever-changing real estate market.

Our mission is simple:
● Help new investors close their first deal.
● Help returning investors close their next deal.

Whether you’re looking to wholesale, flip houses, buy rentals, or simply learn the fundamentals, BIG provides a supportive environment where you can ask questions, build relationships, and gain the confidence to take action.
