Dinner at Bang!: Modern Fusion Tapas

Some folks said they were looking for a vegetarian restaurant and thought I would give this one a try.

Heard it was good and better then Mas Tapas

The restaurant is modern Fusion Asian Tapas; small plates with bold flavors. With a vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan friendly menu :) Along with unique and crafty cocktails.

What are Tapas?
Tapas come from Spain and are appetizers or snacks which can be combined to make a full meal. The word tapas is derived from the Spanish verb tapar which means to cover. Tapas were used to cover wine glasses when not drinking wine.
