About us
Are you experiencing health challenges? Feeling anxious, alone, sad? Do you need some support navigating? Do you just want to listen or vent a little? Do you just need some company for an hour or so? This might be a good group for you.
We will start the group by inviting anyone who wishes to share, to do so. Before each group, topics of physical and spiritual nature will be collected to be discussed during the meeting. We will end the group by (hopefully!) sharing one big fear as a first step towards freedom.

Mapping Emotions to the Body
·OnlineOnlineEver wonder where your feelings "go" when you ignore them or what happens when you hold on to them for too long? This workshop explores how emotions and physiology are connected according to Yoga philosophy and Ayurveda. We'll talk about each chakra, its associated nerve plexus, the feelings that affect these regions/organs, what type of conditions they can manifest as, and whether these manifestations are instances of overactivity (stress, tension, inflammation, and anxiety) or deficiency (fatigue, disconnection, and under-functioning). By connecting these patterns to the body’s natural stress responses—such as the Sympathetic nervous system and Parasympathetic nervous system—we may begin to take steps in the direction of increased balance and feeling safer in our own lives.
