This is one of my favorites! Beautiful moderate falls hike within the boundary of the Saint Mary's Wilderness area. Several stream crossings with stunning river views, beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes.
Bring your waterproof shoes, hiking poles and extra socks!
Length is 4.3 miles with 305 ft elevation gain. Average hike time 2 hours. Meeting place St Mary's Wilderness trail head on St. Mary's road in Raphine, VA 24472. Start time 0930.
