Indian Grave Ridge Trail Loop

The Indian Grave Ridge Loop combines portions of VA 717, Toliver, Milford Gap, Massanutten, and Indian Grave Ridge trails, and is one of the least hiked circuits in the Massanutten range. Highlights include beautiful vistas, woodland forest, and maybe a visit to the "Indian Graves". Portion of the hike is fairly pleasant walk along VA 717, a gravel little used route along the Shenandoah River. There are some climbs with a few rocky sections and trail should be considered on the strenuous side. Be sure to come prepared for the Weather, and don't forget it's the season of insects, poison ivy, and need for plenty of WATER. (There would be the option for a 5-mile out and back hike from the parking lot, but still a 1300 ft climb)
