AT Work Trip -Smith Roach Gap to Hightop Shelter

We will be continuing our refurbishing and installing of water bars and other maintenance needs on the AT section between Smith Roach Gap and Hightop Trail Shelter. Wear work clothes and bring work gloves, a daypack, water, snacks, and maybe rain gear. Protective eyewear good idea. We will be providing tools and hard hats. No experience necessary.
We will meet at Smith Roach Gap Parking (Mile 68.6) which is on the Skyline Drive about 3 miles South of Swift Run Gap Entrance Station. After work refreshments so maybe bring a Chair and your special snack or beverage.
PS: No dogs on work trip.
